    Dear Sir,

    I am using 9869458604. I am sure you can get through as i get calls everyday on this number.

    Also I don't understand why you are not instructing your concerned people to activate my phone.

    I have submitted all documents and also have paid the requisite charges.

    On this forum we keep exchanging sentences and words, why dont you just activate my number?

    I also wish to inform you that though I have not got reply to my complain I get phone calls regularly regarding sale of vodafone number.

    Sir,
    I have received a cal from 02271713022 on 20 oct 2011 at 4.02 pm on 9869458604, so this number is accessible.

    This was a call from vodafone customer care, however the caller declined to discuss my problem and said that he will
    give my number to prepaid dept. and i will get a call from them. I have not yet got a call from this dept.

    Well it is one year and i dont know how much more time vodafone needs to solve the problem.
