This is Bhaskar, recently i bought MTS-Emblze brodband usb datacard. They said it is 3.1Mbps unlimited plan..i.e (999 plan). I understood as no limitions to acessing net.

But After 2 days it's connects only at 150kbps. when ,i spoke to the customer executive and technical guy they said, "after crossing some limit ( 12GB downloade data),then net speed wll reduced.i.e 150 kbps. 1x speed. .i.e MAX speed.min speed zero.

again i raised one quetion.i.e according u r adds in MTs emblze voture....

FRC =999
PROPOSED BUNDLED USAGE =Unlimited
VALIDITY=30 days
EXTRA USAGE CHARGES=NA

when customer have seen above addveritiement ,will understood 30 days unlimited....but .ie fraud of MTs Emblze
but here not mention the one condition,i.e when downlod cross the 12GB,
then immediatly network speed reduced to 0-150 kbps .which means 1x speed


I spoke to the customer care of mts , i asked my net work speed reduced!!!!!
what hapns??????????????

she replys, When 12 GB downloaded on your PC,then speed ll b reduced,
again i asked one quetion.....according u r add...ther is no 12GB condition...
she replys,,,,"TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY"
then i shoked.......finally ther are cheated...me.

again i asked.....one Que.? what are the conditions pls tell me???????????????????
she reply.... i dont know......even MTs employess does not have an idea about terms & condiotion...!!!!
HOW do know customers.....i.e BIG fraud OF MTS...

please save the people from being cheated from now on.

my sugetion: pls dont fall MTS fraud ocean,
Note:- worst connection ever seen, always at 0- 2kbps.
here 1x speed equalt IDeaNetSetter .i.e avilable in 550 RS unlimted plan
