Hi,

I want to raise a complain against a Software Company : Datamatics Ltd based in Bangalore.

There was a job opening in the company in Bangalore location and the client for the opening was IBM. I had applied for the opening and I had a few rounds of interview also.

After that they wanted a video conferencing round of interview which they said , would be the last round of interview. Since I am lcoated in Chennai , they asked me to arrange for a Reliance WebWorld and fix a appointment there. They also told me to pay the required amount and send them the bills and , they will be re-imbursing the amount once they get the bills for that.

I have all the mails pertaining to this conversation and I had done accordingly as they had asked me to do.

This incident happened in the month of January and it is 6 months since then and they are not re-imbursing the money which I had paid for the Reliance Webworld video conference.

I have called them a few hundred times and each time they say that it will be done in a day or two.
After repeated phone calls and reminders through mails they are now not answering my calls.I have send them few reminders in the recent past as well , but they do not seem to reply to them.

I am at last in the losing end begging for the my own money which I had spent on their written consent.

I have all their Names,Phone Numbers and offcial address with me.I also have all the mails that was done related to the above matter and a duplicate copy of the Reliance WebWorld bill.

Please let me know what should be done and help me in getting the money re-imbursed to me.

Im Sadhna Sindhu, had joined SAP (SD Module) from High Technologies Solutions, Gurgaon Address.C-4, 1st Floor, Old DLF Colony, Sector -14, Gurgaon, Haryana - 0124 4266992. I had depsoited full fee at the time of addmission. I had just taken 7-8 classes. Faculty has left the job. I talked Mr.Hardeep Singh (Director) to conduct my classes. Im requesting to Mr.HArdeep Singh from the last two months but he is not taking any interest. A company loicated in Bangalore ,Jeevanmukti Infotech Pvt Ltd. is not giving salary to the people working there.They are not basically into software.They are doing some other real estate buisness and all.They didn't have any software engineers ,Designers and giving jobs to the other people in part time.The company is located in K.R.MArket and the people know there can understand no software companies can work there.They can't even provide any type of services also.The managing Director is one Mr.Ravikumar(mob:09343088880) and no professional people there.His assiatant is one Mr.Sreeni(gimmy), he is one of his partner and my message to all the people searching for job is "don't go this company" they will not give you salary.I am affraid that much so only i am not mentioning my name and details.If you are interested to know more regarding this mail me csehai@yahoo.com

Hi Dhii Health Tech is one of the fraud company. This fraud people came from chennai and started organization in hyderabad as consultants for MNC's. After joining with them they started doing fraud by reducing employees salary to the great amount. After joining the company they reduced the all employees salary without intimation.


Please let me know how to take serious actions against them.

Mainly the Director of this company is fake,arrogant, egotistical.



This is completly fake company. I have work there for more than 2 years.

Following are the frauds:

1) Deduct the PF from salary. But not giving any details regarding employee PF account. When employee ask to managment they told we will giving you the amount at the time of releaving. (None have the employee get the proper releaving from the company)

2) Providing all fake information to client.

1) No of employee strength. (Showing 200 person) only having 30 person in the company.
2) Showing fake balance sheet.
3) Provide pirated copy of software to client. (Anti-virus/Ms Office and taken the license amount.
4)Show ISO 9001:2000 completly fake. Nothing is maintained in that company.
5) This space is not more if i add all the fake things that company done.


Firstly they take PC from the new employee at the time of joining. In my period how ever join their and giving PC to company not get at the time of living it.

Secondly they taken a Original marksheet from the new employees.

Their are two three person how leave the company withouth taking their original document. They taken it from the university(Duplicate).

They know University will give them the duplicate but these people never give them

At last now they are taking 6 month Cheque from the new employee.


After two years I am not able to put my those experience in my resume. Eqlsoft playing with the employee carrer.

So beaware of company like eqlSoft.

Must b an individuals experience about eql business. But mine was a good experience. Like me there are many youngster & seniors from this organization got tremendous growth & better prospective opportunity. In fact, there are few seniors on which company was banking done fishy things and left the organization without giving the resignation & handing over papers in proper way which is unprofessional on their part. I am surprised how such a matured and senior employees can do so!. Would have they been able to do in any MNC. And company management has not taken any action against them to save their future career.

Its really surprising to see such a comments on this platform. I myself was working in eqlSoft for more than 2.5 years which was one of the great time of my career. I basically grown up & learnt a lot in this organization. It is true that there is no jazzy things in this organization, but this is a good place for sincere learners, hard workers and those who are loyal towards organization.

I want to raise a complaint against ENVISAGE INFOTECH PVT LTD. HYDERABAD.This company hired many students from different engg. colleges of UP,MP,PUNE,BANGLORE -LIKE Maharana pratap engg college,veera engg college,united,radhagovind engg college of meerut etc.

They offered a package of 2.5 lac pa completely mention in their offer letter and a bond of 2 yrs with Rs50000.they asked to deposite Rs50000 initially as a bond security refundable after 2 yrs.but they didn't do any agreement on paper and told students that they will do it later.
They lied.after completion of 4 months worse training.They had no work for thier employee,they didn't provide package of 2.5 lac.They kept on lying all the time.for initial 4 months training duration,they provide stipend of Rs3000 from our money.but after 4 months they stopped paying this also.guys here were suffered a lot b'coz they had no work and no money.

They kept on wasting our time and didn't provide any solid conclusion what to do.ALL the guys took money from their parents to survive in hyderabad.After frustation of 10 to 12 months most of the guys left the company.initially when i joined this in july,2009 there was no employee in this company.We all guys loss our 1 year as well as our Rs 50000 but still these guys are moving freely.We didn't approch to police or court b'coz we hv to look for our career also.I have all the proof against them.
ALL THE PHONES,NO PHONE NUMBER MENTIONED ON THEIR WEBSITE IS WORKING.They cheated us very badly.please somebody do something and provide our money back.They wasted precious time of our career.

Please somebody catch them.

3 years before , when I was a fresher I joined a company called Max Tech Software,Bangalore, For security deposit they asked 50k and which is paid to them. After 3 months of working there and being a victim of the Fraud and wicked people I have to jump from there to build my career. After I tried to get my deposit back . After a month or something the owner Rajesh, flew away with lots of peoples money .
Now I came to know he has started another company Max Benison in Bangalore and started contacting him . He promised to pay back the money in 6 months which is not a convincing answer, he might again do the same trick by stoling others money and hide
So what should I do to get my money back
