    *This is to draw your attention towards the way NOKIA company treats their
    customer.

    I am having a nokia E63 mobile.
    From very first begining i am facing many problems.
    like- vibration, menu hanging etc.


    First I called NOKIA Customer Care, when they were not able ti give me any
    reply as they didn't had any information. Then I personally went to nearby
    NOKIA care Centre in Lajpat nagar, New Delhi. There I was told that my
    mobile has been working properly. They were not propely attending me as my phone is under WARRANTY.



    This has been ridiculous.This is too stressing for me. Its not easy for me
    to switch over to a new MOBILE. There is a humble request and I hope that you will help me in getting the issue sorted out.


    The company all of sudden can't behave so irresponsible.

    Please help me out....

    Sir,
    I purchased nokia care on 16.04.2010 my hand set no is 5233( 555585043785664). now camera is not working in my mobile set, so I went to nokia care on 28.09.2011 and deposited at nokia care vide my job sheet no 7946, dt.28.09.2011 at Rourkela,Kachery Road,Dist.sundergarh,Orissa. At the time of first stage check they the mobile engineer Mr.Jayant noted all the problems and assured to repair within a week time and I also assured that what ever the amount will be i am ready to pay but please repair the mobile urgently. Moreover every three days I contacted with them the only reply they given me is to your work is gooint on , will be comple day or tomorrow .After keeping long days nokia care returned the mobile on 25.10.2011 saying your mobile returned without repair. Now I am unable to click images from my mobile set. If nokia care is can not do then whom to give my mobile to repair, if the product is not repiared in the nokia care then why i and how i take another nokia product. Nokia is workds one of the best mobile company in the world then how this simple and small thing cannot be repaired. Now I ask you sir why don't i go to consumer court if my mobile will repair. I am waiting for your reply . after receive your reply I will take action against you.

    i have buy nokia 7210 supernova .us k aap k company k care center par b SOFTERWARE NI MIL RAHE h kya aap is m meri koi help kar pao g k hum kaha s yeh software laye jis s hamara phone theek ho jaya aur hum is ko use kar paye. aj pura 1 month ho gya h aap k service centre vale b kah rahe h k hamare pass is k koi solution ni h plse help me aap apni is k software bhej dekush kumar bhikhiwind 9872862754

    Default Complaint against Nokia Poor service

    Dera sir/Madam,
    I want to register a complaint against disgusting service provided by nokia care center (btm layout, bangalore) which is listed as one of the premium care centers in nokia website.
    I purchased my nokia-e72 handset in march 2011 , after 3 moths of purchasing it started giving some audibility problem . Then I took the phone to nokia service center (btm layout, bangalore) and they reported some liquid problem in microphone and charged me rs. 1700 for repairing as liquid problem is not covered in warranty.
    After that I took the phone and used it for 2 weeks but the same audibility problem started again. I again went back to them and they kept the phone with them again for repairing.
    After 2 weeks they returned me the phone saying its repaired now but when I checked it was still having audibility issues.
    Service given by this service center tended me to complete frustration. I gave the phone again to them and said to check it properly this time otherwise give me replacement of the phone as it is in warranty period.
    They again DID some engineering with this and after some time the key pad and phone locking system stopped working.
    Then I took this phone to other nokia center because I really don’t trust the kind of technicians this nokia care center (btm layout, bangalore) is having .
    In nokia carepoint (3rd block jaynagar) , they old that the phone has been badly tempered . The component is fully burnt to repair water damage which has lead the phone in a miserable state.
    Now they are asking me that I will have to give the dead approval for the phone as repainring it againg can lead it to a dead condition .Also I will have to pay 1400 rs . So that they can try to repair it , but since the phone is badly tempered they cannot give me any warrenty coverage or replacement .
    But my question to nokia is that what kind of service center and what kind of technician they are keeping, who even dont have proper techincal knowledge. And when my phone is badly burnt and tempered by their own service person they why I am not eligible for any warrenty coverage?
    I have purchased this 16000 rs phone in march 2011 and have hardly used it for 3-4 months till yet , and now its in dead condition . I am not at all willing to go to any service center and give it for repairing with dead approval, as they have lead me to only and only frustration as in last 6-7 months.
    I am really unhappy and disappointed with the service and products provided by nokia . Seems noika has loosen its quality and services a big time. And now they are no more a trustworthy mobile handset sellers. I will recommend mobile users to not to go for any nokia if they want to purchase a business prone or a smart phone.
    Now my request to consumer forum is to please look into this service violation case as I am suffering because of bad product and service provided by nokia company and their service centers .
    When my phone is tempered by noika service person only they why I am not able to get any warrenty coveragr or replacement for this phone?
    please let me know if I need to provide any other details and also I am ready to go forward in consumer court to address this issue.

    Default Ill treatment

    This is my final resort for the ill treatment of nokia..i bought a nokia c-7 on april2011.. the phone was good and from January of this year,i started getting touchpad problems..the touchpad was weak..so i gave to nokia care near my house..area- jaynagar, city- bangalore, country- india..
    i gave it on february 22nd..they told they will give me my phone the next week,but they took 1 month 15 days to give it back..they played with me.i called them up everyday and they told we would give tomorrow, but that tomorrow came only after 50 days.i had a frustating 50 days with these careless nokia care.
    i thought consumer/customer was the king.and i was degraded here.i am a businessman and i know my consumer rights.the nokia care in jaynagar were careless with me.they also lied to me a couple of times when i asked them if it was ready...they told it was ready, and when i went there, they told it was under observation and i would get it only the next week..they did this to me TWICE...
    however ,i got my phone on 11th of april..i was happy about the fact that i finally got my phone back.. only to see that my speaker was either damaged or changed by the nokia people..it seems like they have replaced my phone speakers which were fine to some other damaged piece..it is sounding completely different..


    so i request you to look into the matter and take action...thank you

    Angry Complaint againt nokia care

    Dear All,

    Greeting for the day.

    *This is to draw your attention towards the way NOKIA company treats their customer.

    I am having a nokia C5-03 mobile.

    From now these days i am having head phone problems. One side head phone working and another side is not working.
    I went to the nokia service center and ask him to about this problem and they said me that they charge me Rs. 850/- for repairing my head phone.

    I said him that my phone is under warranty and i have extended my warranty for one year and they replied that there is no benifits of your warranty card if you paid Rs. 850/- then we will repair your phone otherwise you can repair this phone from somewhere then i moved forward the nokia care manager his named is SUBHAM.

    I told him about this problem and after his reply i was shocked he said to me that we will not repair your phone untill you not paid the said amount and you want to complaint againt me then complaint it there is no effect on my health and he is send me back.

    Few days earlier i was facing some problems with my handset nokia x6-00 regarding camera.so,i went to my nearest care centre (CRAZY INFOVISION,VIP TOWER,BLOCK-F,KOLKATA-700 048).i told them that i am facing some problems with my camera since the pictured captured through this,is hazy and asked the person whether it is due to dust problem.so the person (PRIYANKA SARKAR) told me to wait and showed my phone to the service engineers.after few minutes she told me that the problem i was facing is due to the "Dust Problem" and she charged Rs350 for this.Now, when i went back there after few days to receive my phone,i found the problem still exists.when i told her about this she repeatedly argued with me and told me that they now think i have to replace my camera lens.they dont have the parts available and she told me that i have to pay for the "dust problem " which is not the issue instead of apologising.The company all of sudden can't behave so irresponsible.

    Please help me out....

    Locating a Nokia Care Centre (NCC) is very Easy !
    SMS “NCC<space><City Name>” & send it to 55555, within few seconds you will receive the list of NCCs in that city.

    Thumbs down nokia care is doing wrong with common people

    i have a nokia e71 i face mic problem. my phone is out of worranty for good service i went nokia care in distt fatehabad state haryana.the care person said that they change my phone mic .e71 nokia model has cristal mic but the nokia care person place a simple chines mic that has markit cost is 5 rs .they charge from me 600 rs .after a weak the phone mic again stop working during my busy sedule i gave my ph to my frend ho goes his freind shop for repair when the service man open ph he saw my phone has a chinese mic after that when i knew this m shoked . so m nt happy with nokia care service.

    1. I submitted my dead phone (C6-01) at the above mentioned Nokia Care Center on 12.07.2012 with Job Sheet No: 17681 ( All data can be tracked if proper investigation will ever done from Nokia's end)

    2. on 20.7.2012 morning they confirmed me over phone the set is OK now, so i can get it now.

    3. On 20.7.2012 evening i went to them around 5 PM, there i need to wait for 2 hours to deliver the set me back.

    4. After receiving the phone i saw nothing has been done ...though they said they have changed the LCD, updated the SW ....But all the problems remain as it was. The set was simply DEAD.

    5. Then they asked me to keep it again to them for 2/3 days more as they need to re-check and re-test the set.

    6. My strong belief is they had done nothing with the set...just joking with the customers


    This is just all rubbish , they confirmed me in the morning , i went there in the evening to take the delivery of the set , i waited there for 2 long hours ( why i needed to wait so much don't know) & finally they delivered it to me. it was exactly like the same thing at the time when i delivered the set to them & again declared they need 2/3 more days to re-test & re-check.

    what these people are doing ? simply harassing the customers & heckling them ....is this expected from Nokia ? ( forget about mis-behavior and all those other issues which are quite common in India)

    what about Nokia's Professionalism & Credibility ? Nokia has employed / authorized such people as NCC who has such an absurd / inferior level of professionalism , technical efficiency and worst level of quality of service.


    Finally i took the set back from them and signed the job sheet writing my comments .....they hardly bothered as if they will get their money for doing nothing against the particular job-sheet.

    this is not the end ....After coming back home on 20.7.2012 i called up Nokia support No: 30303838 around 8.50 PM in the night where some one Mr. Vivian Curian received my call & refused to lodge any complaint against the Nokia Care Centre & when i insist to do so , he said it's about 9 PM (Closing time for them ) so he can't register my Complaint and simply cut the phone.

    I'm simply shocked with the entire episode.....Nokia has degraded themselves in such a way.i need the things to be rectified ...customers can't be harassed and heckled the way i am.

    This is to inform you that I am a costomer of nokia, I am using nokia n900 from past 22 months. I had extended the warrenty of my phone,. There was some problem in my phone around 3 months back, related to network, I showed it in nokia service centre, they swaped my phone on 11th may 2012, and the they gave me another n900 with different imei no. and with new body MY old imei no is 356938036334390 and MY new imei no is 356938035724294.
    In swaped phone there was a sensor related issue, i again get back to nokia service centre on 8th of june and showed them my phone,, they kept my phone and said that i will get my phone after 8 days. Expected ... its almost one and a half month & till date i did not got my phone... when i call on nokia care ther was no proper response from there side too...

    Default handset given for the repair not got the handset its been more then 1 month

    i had submitted my handset to the nokia care center my phone was in the warranty period, i should get my handset with in 10 - 12 working days but its been over 1 month but i dint got my phone back " I am just not getting what to do "
