I lost my Mobil 8 months before (On 16 Nov. 2007) and I registered an complaint about this, to both places, Polis Station (I have the Complaint No. also.) And to your given 'Reliance ' (local customercare..) center. I was having lifetime user card, but now your company say that you can't allow me my own Mo.No. back to me. This is like a day light theft, is this your system?. This Mo. No. Is so important for me, So humbly I request you to please issue my old + own Mobil No.(Because I have paid for that ) to me. For that I am ready to pay good amount. If there is any formality I am ready to follow it.
After so long period but this is last time I request before go to Court.

I request you to give knee and fast attention to Slowed this otherwise I have no other option. Hope You Understands !

Hi Guys,

First of all i would like to congratulate you guys for opening a facebook page which digup your own grave ( sorry for being sarcastic, but that it true). I wish i could have visited this page before recommending your service to my company. Your ineffecient and lousy service has made me run from here to there just to get the blame for recommending this service.

Our company has purchase two CDMA numbers for which the first bill arrived on 30th of May for the bill date upto 26th May. The following date the payment is made for both the numbers. Unfortunatley upon checking recently we found the both these numbers where actually deactivated since 27th May for no reason. A complain in the matter is registered with your local service center located in Pitampura, Delhi, but surprisingly , till date no update. Every day we call and told by the customer care that it will be activated today, but it didn't.

My boss has asked me to issue company circular to every employee to avoid using Reliance Communication services as much as possible.

I am not sure if a multi billion dollar company with the richest investors could have probably the world lousiest service operating in a country like India.

This is very disappointing and frustrating to see numerous consumers complaints about your services. I wish this facebook page should atleast be review by some sernior CRM Director in Reliance and take appropraite action. Else it may not be very far that despite your company give lucrative offer to consumers , not even a fly would like to make visit to your centers and subcribe to your services.

I hope the competition will take some leads from here and make the market strategy to gain as much of Reliance share.
