I have requested to port out from My service provider Airtel on 5th March 2011. I got the UPC (AZ415813 & expiry Dt 15.03.2011) from "1901" on 05.03.2011. And proceeded to rquested to port in to IDEA and submitted the application.
On the date of 19.03.2011 i got a message from "+1901" saying that " Your port In request for Mobile Number 9860355268 has been rejected by your service provider due to UPC mismatch ". I contacted to customer care,as they provided me the CUNRM30327490857 wothout any feedback.
I have again requested to port out from My service provider Airtel on 3rd March 2011. I got the UPC (AZ969684 & expiry Dt 12.043.2011) from "1901" on 28.03.2011. And proceeded to rquested to port in to IDEA and submitted the application.

Hence i am requesting you to please look into the matter and resolve the issue.
