Hdfc credit card complaint

    Default Hdfc credit card complaint

    I had applied for the HDFC credit card with following details:

    App Date: 14/03/2011

    As soon as the docs were submitted I started receiving confirmation calls almost everyday from local office. After a few days everything stopped.

    2 weeks later I received a text message on my cell phone saying that your application is on process

    Application Number:11031614729620s5

    after that i got so many calls from hdfc saying that where is your apartment..route to the apartment etc.

    today i contacted the customer care and the y told me that my application is rejected and they are not saying any specific reason
    and 2 months ago an hdfc guy compelled me to start an account for getting credit card and i started a new savings account from hdfc pathanamthitta branch

    can you please solve my problem

    Hello sir,
    i am tanveer alam a credit card holder of your bank hdfc.i have complain to the department four time but am not getting the exact solution.they are not accepting the wrong commitment given by the employees of credit card dept to me. they are still increasing my outstanding per month and only saying me that i am wrong and nobody has given me the wrong commitment...two times i am been cheated from your side...please help me...i cant pay that much amount...which has been double to my limit...already seven thousent i have paid till now as a minimum amount....please allow me to pay as much commitment given to me from the said person rekha and her senior...mr himanshu he is also only saying me no such commitment has been made....now please do justice with me...........

    In this case legal direction are required by appropriate authorities to solve your this problem along with compensation for your unnecessary harassment.

    when i contacted the customercare they told me that you will get a letter regarding this soon..
    but i didn't get it yet.

    If HDFC bank is not interested to give me a credit card then please stop making your customers fool , Please stop giving false reason and wrong feedbacks to reject an application
