I am akhil sharma raigarh. Iam using Reliance GSM service and iam facing too many problems. Over the last three month, many callers were unable to reach my number even when i was in a fully accessible coverage area. My callers got the response as switched off even when i was in a reachable area in switched on mode. This has happened many times and i did make complaints to customer care but no good remedial measures have been taken so far. I have missed many important calls due to this.

Off late, i am also unable to call the customer care as it never gets connected to the customer. The nodal officer number never responds to our calls and i am in a fix as how to get this issue resolved. May i request your kindness to kindly do the needful for the good of many customers on Reliance.
