Sub- luggage Missing ( House Hold)

R/Sir,

I ajit Choudhary booked my luggage on dated 15-03-2011 wide billty number B-668886 (honda shine motor cycle) ,and B -668887 (House hold luggage -9 bundle) from Panvel (M.H.) jn. to
Khandwa Jn. (M.P.) through train number no. 12617 (Mangala Express )SLR boogie no. 05714 (first compartment) .but till date i could not received my luggage .i continuously trining
to contact the concern authority and detail of the same is under...

1 .) luggage un loaded at Hz. Nizzmuddin Delhi
2.) luggage again despatched from Hz.nizzmuddin to Khandwa through two different train

a) Goa Express (train number 12780, slr number 92704) billty number B-668887 (house hold)on dated 19-03-2011
b.) Swarnjanti express (train number 12782 , front slr number 007736 )billty number B-668886 on dated 21-03-2011

but again luggage not unloaded at khandwa
c.) after Gatling an enquirer y from Delhi ,luggage twice d reached at Hz. Nizzmuddin & Dispatched again on dated 23-03-2011 Goa Express to Khandwa.
but even through material not unloaded at khandwa and billty number B-668886 (motor cycle) unable to trace out where it is unloaded.

kindly look in to this matter & do the needful to enable me to get luggage at the earliest and without any futhure dealy .i would very much thankful for your kind co-operation
