My name is Nitin, I'm from Delhi, I ordered a product from Home Shop 18 with Order No:- 902789417. I never received the product and the customer care executive from Home Shop 18 informed that it has been delivered, when contacted courier guy he informed Sir your courier no:- c33456656 has been delivered and the person who received this has provided the mobile no:- 8811792973, which is not reachable. I've been transferred from one no. to another stating speak to this person he will give you correct information but all ended up with no result. I just want to ask whether is this the way the companies deal with Online customer. This is very pathetic and cheap way. I've contacted to every courier center of DTDC but, no results came.
