Dear Sir/Madam

i have bought some etokens from mubai based one company to sell my customers but those are not good and also these are not running in the market so i requested to the company employee to replace thses product with good and which are in the market but he is telling that he cant replace the same because once sold goods we cant replace or exchange so kindly suggest me what step i can take against this company
