    dear sir
    i hear by want to inform you that i am usuing a reliance phone which has got the number 9379827283, and i am facing a problem of unwanted balance deduction and activation of unwanted offers without my knowledge. and also the costomer care is not helping me to solve the problems. so i request you to take some action against it.
