Samsung 22" LCD was bought on 14.02.2011 for which we were given DishTV vouchers for free set top box and a fee of Rs.700 should have been paid against installation. The voucher number was registered with the customer care representatives of DishTV on 16.02.2011. 17 times the follow-ups have been made, since that date, any number of complaints has not yielded in we having a connection.
