Myself khyati bhatia, agent in icicilombard jamnagar branch. My customer, Mr. Tarang Bhatia with policy no. 3003/55273820/00/000, had a carriage truck which met with an accident, there after a claim was filed CLAIM NO. MOTO1243145, vehicle make- ASHOK LEYLAND 2516.
Company firstly sanctioned were low claim, though it was new truck, thereafter the customer went in the court against the company for high claim amount, the case favoured icici lombard. And now the company is not even sanctioning the the previous claim which the customer has full right.
The work out at icicilombard jamngar is too bad. This is not the first time my customers are facing problem, every time some other issue the errupt. I myself now feeling hard to continue as an agent with icici lombard. Kindly provide the right to claim to the customers.
