    Question Fraud by authorised irctc agent

    SIR,
    AUTHORISED AGENT OF IRCTC WITH CORPORATE NAME 'RAJ COMPUTER' AND AGENT NAME 'BRIJKISHORE' PUT A SERVICE CHARGE OF 100 RS ON AN E-TICKET WHICH I BOOKED FROM NEW DELHI TO ALLAHABAD IN DURONTO EXPRESS. WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT AUTHORISED SERVICE CHARGE IS RS 10 ONLY PER PASSENGER, HE USED BAD WORDS. I HAVE HIS ENVELOPE AND BILLING DETAILS. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL ACTION.

    Post Misuse of Irctc

    Dear Sir,

    I found that one users (srinivasan)booking the tatkal ticket with his user id and selling the ticket with charges of 200 of commission.

    His contact no 9500066369 and staying at 16/23,F-1,sri ayyappa nagar,2main road, virugambakkam,chennai-92.

    Please take the neccessary action.
