I had taken a personal loan from ICICI (LPBNG00008502347) in 2007 and had been unableto repay it,Finally got a settlement for the same last year for an amount of Rs 55000 of which i paid cash. I have received a Settlement letter from icici post me closing the loan signed by Mr Ashraf Koppa. Till date, I receive Letters and phone calls every week almost stating that I haven't closed the loan. Letters are being sent to my parents and relatives as well.

Dear Sir,

I have taken personal loan from ICICI bank. My personal loan Account Number is LIMUM00006042278 & tried my best to clear my all installments time-to-time in my worst financial condition.

But, due to some financial cries which includes transfer of my service at Mangalore City, Sickness and Death of Grandmother, treatment of mother on Asthama and T.B. dieses, etc. I am not able to clear my outstanding payments.

Hence, from last more than 02 months I am getting calls from the ICICI customer care service No. 022-261369508, naming Miss. Sarika, Andheri, Mumbai Branch threatening my wife to clear all outstanding payment immediately otherwise she put court case as per some Section 138 for not clearing the checks.

I can, understood, well aware that, I am defaulter but I didn’t done this purposely, due to my financial condition is too bad, I didn’t able to clear your payment.

I may therefore, requesting your honour to kindly took into this subject.

My name is Jiljil Prasad and I am from Bangalore.
I have applied for personal loan in Axis bank. The person name Mr Srinivas (Mobile:98800 00050), has brought all the relevent documents where customer need to be signed and he collected from me all the relevent documents including 6 cheque leaves.

But the address verification got failed as I was out of station when they came for verification.
So the loan application got rejected. I asked Mr Srinivas to cancel the application and return back my cheque leaves.
He conveyed me that he will send the cheques through courier. He promised me on 1st week of April 2012.
And today's date is 8th May 2012.Till now I didnt get my cheque leaves.

What I was trying to say here is beware of this guy who is approching you for loan. (Mr Srinivas (Mobile:98800 00050).

This is regarding loan account LPCHD00012063339 with icic bank. I had settled the personal loan account with ICICI on Jan 22. 2011. My case was being handled by MR Amar Saha, Debt manager at the setor 9 branch at Chandigarh.He promised me that my name would be cleared off from CIBIL as I have already been rejected for a housing loan from DHFL recently. I have waited enough now. So I tried for another loan. That too got rejected. I have an uncle in state bank of India as the general manager.He pulled out the CIBIL report and said it still shows my name in negative. Why didn't ICICI send a letter to CIBIl. I need you to please stake proper action as I have to settle down in future and have lost a lot just because of a mistake in my college life.

the recovery Agent from Tamil Nadu is abusive & harrassing my parents who are senior citizens,, has been abusive & harsh on the phone. & has been harrassing on my old age parents ,

Iam holding personal loan with ICICI bank and I could not able to make the payment due to financial losses and jobless. now I would like close these accounts please help me on this.

Ashraff Koppa of ICICI Bank Bangalore is a goon. ICICI Bank hires gundas like Ashraf Koppa to recover undue money....people dont get intimidated and ask them to go legal way and settle through court only.

Hi,

I took personal loan from Deutsche Bank. My account number is: 200004418810019. I have got the emi statement scheduled. But according to the emi statement it has to end on Jan 2012. But they are saying that it should on Mar and they are trying to deduct the money from my account.

I have send the scanned copies of scheduled statement. But there is no reply from them. I have sent many emails and called customer care so may times(10 times approx) but they tell, they will get back. Already 18 months delayed from them. Deutsche Bank employees are so irresponsible no doubt on this.

Please tell me the status.
