I have files TDR on 06-December-2008 against journey date 05-December-2008 as IRCTC website allows next day of journey to file TDR. The details of tickets and TDR are as follows.

After filing TDR on 06-Dec-2008 I have copy of all the communications done with IRCTC on email id care@irctc.co.in & tdrprocess@irctc.co.in


They answer every time from last 2 years that we have forwarded to the concern department and will refund you as soon as possible, but they are not committing any date by which they will refund. Also as per their procedure it is 6 months but in my case already 2 years passed and still there is no confirmation. Money is not the problem as it is a small amount, but the time they are taking is too much. This is unprofessional approach with the customer.
