    Hi,

    I have ordered one Black cherry BQ2 through NAAPTOL on 13/2/2001 but I have received a wrong product Black berry BQ1 the same was return by me to them by blue dart courier as per blue dart sight they have received the product back on 21/2/2011at 12:14 PM.
    After making so many complaints they have given me a compliant #507968 and every time when i had ask about the product the customer care executive told that i will get the product with in 7 to 10 days but till date i have not received my product which was order by me.

    Kindly help me in this as i have made more than 40 to 50 STD calls & a mental harassment too pls help me in this case...

    Default Hopeless service of naaptol

    I bought pigeon induction based pressure cooker from naaptol on 03.11.2011 and made the successful payment through credit card. Immediately the status on the website was shown as "order verified". As per the terms and conditions i should have received the item in 7 days. But on expiry of 7 days when i didnot receive my product i enquired from their so called customer care, the irresponsible person from the cust. Care. Replied that you order is yet to be verified. When it was told that the status from the day one is showing order verified, she replied that it is verified today and it will take another 10 working days to deliver the product.
    This is the kind of the services offered by naaptol. Even as on today i have not yet received my order.
    All are requested to beware while shopping with naaptol. Their after sale services are the worst in this world. Ill trained staff are made to sit at cust. Care and they will do nothing but spoil your mood and rest of the day.

    Default bad quality of balckberry tour.

    i bought balckberry tour in january from naaptol...nd its totaly diffrent from what dey r showing on der site..d phone has a very bad trackball+dere r no lights on keyboard of my phone..nd just a few days ago i dnt how my phone got little damaged from d top of d screen..i bought dis phone of rs9000 nd i thought dat it is worthless...no quality...especially d screen got damaged in just a month

    Default Naaptol and Aditya infotech poor customer service

    After seeing an advertisement in Times of India by Naaptol I decided to purchase car stereo set which had free offer of a pendrive, tweeters,etc. I got the product after opting for cash on delivery but paid 2300 Rs to courier guy. I opened the courier and found that all the products are faulty and the speakers were broken. Every package was open.
    I opted to get a refund and sent it to Aditya infotech but no response will now.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the call. But unfortunately I havent received the product till now. When I tracked the Awb no :-.EN108313872IN I get reply that the consignment is not found. I was actually promised a refund but that I think is out of options now. When you called me you promised that I will get the product within March 26 but today is April 2nd and no response.

    i request either to contact me..or to take back this order bcos it is worthless

    I ordered a blackberry storm9530 but it was defective. My ORDER no. is 3426152 . Customer care agent has told to revert it back but blue dart has not recieved any mail from naaptol. I m very dissappointed with ur service as there is no action against my complain.. Is has been one and half month n I am calling since then after evry 2-3days but you all are not sending any mail to b.dart for pick up ...n u all are just saying that it will be sent in 48working hours but six 48 working hours hav passed.

    >I want the item to be picked up soon n want my cash refund..

    As per our telephonic conversation you said that you have received damage/defective product.This is a very rare and unfortunate case and we apologize for the same.

    We request you to kindly send the item back to our warehouse within 7 working days mentioning the order number on the packet.
    * Items are to be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
    * Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit.
