    Fed up Guys... Its been 4 days and still no response.. The same false AWB number...

    When I called up the customer care, I was told that there would be a callback within 24 hours, which never came !

    Totally disgusted with your service

    Angry Product Not Delivered-- 4178859

    Hi,
    As I Ordered Ladies Hip Hop Fast-track (Order No: 4178859) watch on June 11th 2012 ..till now(Aug26th 2012) not yet delivered the product regarding this we complained several time but we didn’t get any proper response. June 11th 2012 to till date i.e. almost two and half month no response from naaptol .. we are pissed off with calling lot many time to naaptol call centre but no one is responding properly. I did several online purchase from various sites but this is first time I choose Naaptol its very disappointing and irresponsible from naaptol.

    From last 2 months we are chasing the naptool ..

    We log several complients to below maild Id we didn't get any response.

    I want file a complient on Naptool on above . Please do needful …

    one rotimaker alongwith free goods delivered without warranty card and manual.so product remain useless. complained on 10th sept at 9.49am but no response. please send your person for demo alongwith warranty card or take back the product refunding my money.

    Exclamation Order number 4631564 not received after replacement

    Reference is made to earlier emails, in which Naaptol mentioned that my product will be dispatched ASAP. But I am sorry to say that my product is not received to me & your customer care representatives are fail to tell me with what shipment number this is dispatched to me. they are giving old shipment number 4478441391 which is received by me, But what is the new shipment number and where is my product? This is very ashamed to harass a customer like this. Especially when the full amount along with courier charges of your product has already been paid by me. This will also degrade image of your service. Now I have no words to say more about this. It is pertinent to mention here that you are not giving any reply of my mails & my uncountable phone calls.
    Please solve the matter ASAP.

    Default NAAPTOL on line Shopping is Fraud & Mental harassment to us.

    Hi All...

    I have ordered Two Micromax Mobile Handsets through NAAPTOL online shopping on 17/9/2012 & 18/09/2012 but till today I did not get any one handset from NAAPTOL, I had called so many time to their customer Care they are replied me you will get your product within 48 Hrs. I had alredy paid the product amount with shipment charges.

    Kindly help me in this, as I had made more than 20 to 25 STD calls & a mental harassment too please help me in this case...
