I have purchesed a microwave oven on 24/03/10 and found some defect, so i complained to customercare on 11/01/11. After two days, service technician inspected the oven and suggested that some parts need to be renewed. Since the oven was within guarantee period so they were suppose to repair or renew it free of cost and they promised to do so. But unfortunately more than two months is over still nothing been done inspite of repeated request.
Therefore, i would request to you kindly look into the matter and please help me to get the justice.
