I would like to draw your very kind attention and notice regarding Reliance Communication harassment against my number Reliance GSM i.e +919015244607 Delhi Telecom Circle. I have been using this number since its launch in Delhi. Am really fed up with Reliance Communications the way they have deducting consistently my amount since October 2010. I have registered millions of complaints to their Helpline number 198, and even posted several complaints to various consumer forum sites but it seems like Reliance Communications didn't learn from it yet. Today 15.03.2011 at morning, when i saw my balance i shocked to see that my 30 Rs have already been deducted from my balance without my intimation. This has been happening consistently from the last 6 months or so..!! Am really fed up with Reliance GSM.. May i know for what reason they have deducted my 30 Rs?? Am appealing to Reliance Communications Please stop this illegal balance deductions on my number. This time am really take police action and post your all truth negative impressions through various sites. Please i want my 30 Rs back which has been deducted without any request from my side. I haven't got any Confirmation message for any service activation. I want to appeal to Reliance Communication please stop this illegal and fraud activity, if you dont stop this then you loose so many customers. I will warn you please stop this. Reliance Communication himself making their impression bad to worse. Please anybody from Reliance Communication HELP me and sort out my problem. I want a Refund of my 30 Rs and want to Deactivate my so called pack which i dont know and i never opted. Am waiting for your positive reply..!!
