I Have ordered an Mini Salai Sewing Machine in Naaptol on 19th november 2010

I had paid the payment on the same date thru my c/card

After that till today i have not received the product

My order no is 1002310 and my mobile no is 9884086070

After many follow calls i made to customer service.

they simply say that your order is dispatched on 08th December 2010 vide aramex courier and they are not giving the Way bill No of the courier they sent.

but till now the product has not reached and there is no response from the naaptol .

I asked for refund but they say that is not possible

from 19th nov 2010 i had paid rs 1699 incusive of courier charges.
