I HAVE WRITTEN WHOLE STORY & MY COMMUNICATION TO BHOPAL PASSPORT OFFICE, NO BODY IS REPOSNDING ON MAIL & NO BODY WILL PICK THE PHONE ALSO. IN ALL WEB SITE OLD PHONE NO IS MENTIONED. IN WEB SITE
FOR PROOF DOCUMENT IS MENTIONED LIKE : WATER BILL, HOUSE DEED & PAN NO , BUT THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING
THAT DOCUMENT DURING THE TIME OF FORM DEPOSITE. WE ARE GETTING DATE AFTER MONTH IN NORMAL ONE & 15 DAYS IN TATKAL SCHEME. I AM FED WITH ALL THIS JUST FOR MAKING MY WIFE/DAUGHTER PASSPORT. ONE MORE THING BUILDING LIFT IS NOT WORKING FROM LONG TIME. SO IF YOU ARE HEART PROBLEM/KNEE PROBLEM THEN DON'T THINK FOR YOUR PASSPORT.

Dear Sir,

As per our telephonic discussion I am sending once again my request to you.

Document what we have attached for wife /daughter passport.

1) Birth certificate (both wife & daughter)

2) Affedavit from nigeria for daughter passport.

3) Bank pass book (6~ 7 year back ) with photo. for wife address proof.

4) Water bill / tax bill / house deed on My name i.e husband.(electricity name not transferred because of resale flat from one of our close one, phone we are not using because of mobile phone.)on web site house deed is acceptable as a proof.

5) My passport copy / visa copy. (In which my wife name is there). (2003 passport)

6) Wife mark sheet in which photo is there.

7) My mariage certificate affidavit.

8) Passport form along with photos.

9) Pan card along with IT letter in which address is mentioned.

If you want some more proof, but that is on the name my mother which is residing with us.

Kindly look into this matter & go thru below mentioned mail.

My self Manoj Jain , Age 36Year , presently I am at Nigeria, I came nigeria on 20th of Jan 2011 & this

oppourtunity was matured in very less time. My wife & daughter is at bhopal & they have gone to

bhopal passport office to apply passport 2 times, first time they told some affidavit required from nigeria,

so I have sent that one. Again 2nd time they have gone for passport applied (thru agent) with all

documents(in tatkal scheme) , but now passport officer is telling (water bill/ tax bill/ house deed can't

be proof but in website- it is mentioned you can submit this document as a proof) &my wife has given

all documents(bank pass book, my passport, water bill, her pan card with address proof, her mark

sheet,affidavits,marriage certificate, birth certificate) . But they have reject our application

without proper reason.I am a heart pateint(need somebody from family at nigeria) & my daughter next

session will start in nigeria from April(if she didn't arrived she will not get admission) so it is very urgent

for me, that my family will come to this place in next 2 months. If i will apply passport in normal case it

will take 4~ 6months. I have telephone to bhopal rpo also but no body is responsing.

Madam, I know this matter is very small for you so kindly look into this matter & help us. Madam if I will

not get help from your side I have to resign from this job & come back to india but I am having no job at

india also & I have to pay again huge against contract.

I have come to nigeria because I can collect some money & in future I can go for my heart surgury,

otherwise I prefered to work in india only.(If you want proof for this i can send that also that I am

pateint of HOCM- Its is heridetry disorder of heart & in my family, 4 member because of died that,

including my father (when I was 1 year old) & my chacha just at 30 years of age)

Madam, I am waiting for positive reply, Its is matter of one family life & my career.
