Airtel is giving fake offers to retain the customer in their network. My case they offered me 10Paise/Min airtel. 30 Paise/Min to other network. The offer is activated same day and after 10 Days offer changed to normal tariff. This been happening most of the customers in kerala. So before some body calls to retain if you are about to port out from airtel. Definitely some body will call from office and will offer you a fake offer. Also they will bar 198 calls so we cannot able to complain about the tariff change. So be careful with Bharti Airtel
