Greetings!

I had purchased a pair o sun glasses from *Pro Mart*-A mall situated at Law
Garden, Ahmedabad. On the bill, the terms and conditions for exchange were
written. The time for exchange as written on invoice was between 11 to 5. I
reached there at 11: 30 just to know that the store opens at 12:00! Well, I
waited outside in the terrible hot and after they opened the store, I was
advised by the customer care department to select another piece. The another
pair I selected, was of little lesser value. The difference they were
supposed to pay me(after the sale offer) was *Rs. 50/-* . The customer care
lady told me I will have to purchase some thing else as well because
otherwise they won't give me the cash refund. Now this is nowhere written
that when you exchange goods, it should be the exact or bigger amount of
repurchase!

So, this is my problem and I hope I get the proper guidance from you.
