Today I purchased children's cooking fun toys from V-Mart. After coming home
I saw that it has two price tags, viz. 1st from manufacturer (Ankit
Marketing), which shows MRP Rs. 140..2nd from reseller (V-Mart) which has
price tag of MRP Rs. 145...

My issue is that if manufacturer says MRP 140, its available in market for
less than 100 in case of children toys and here V-Mart took more than MRP...
I need to go to consumer forum for this and sue V-Mart...Its been a headache
for me and am nervous and tensed..How V-Mart can take away my hard-earned
money???

I have the bills and original packing with V-Mart's barcode and
manufacturer's MRP... Plz help me...
