    Pls Refer the below email that I have sent to airtel 121@in.airtel.com


    Dear Sir/Madam,

    To whomever it may concert

    Complaint : I have debited amount of 40:00 Rs within a 10 Seconds when i connect to internet (I have Activated 3 Day GPRS Plan & it is still Activated).

    I have called 198 & launch above mentioned complaint on 27 Feb 2011 your customer care Executive says that there is not any Update available in our system about the complaint we will Message you complaint Number and your complaint will be resolved until 1March 2011. I wait until 2 March 2011 your customer care Executive did not send me the Complaint Number and my complaint is not solved. I have call again for the same complaint on 2 March 2011 again your customer care Executive says the same thing we will sms the complaint number & your complaint will resolve until 4 March 2011. Again i wait upto 4 March 2011 and call 198 for same complaint now this time i ask your customer care executive that i would like to talk your Team Leader this is the third time again your customer care Team leader was also repeated the same thing & assured me that my complaint is resolved until 8 March 2011. I have still wait for 8 March 2011 and their is no response from your customer care even they will not provide me the complaint number.

    Now i will try know about the complaint your Customer Care Block my Number fro any help i cannot reach Airtel Customer Care.

    Now this is the Limit of Harassment. Please tell me why my number is blocked for 9892098920 198 and 121 these numbers, Please clarify me if you block the Number how can customer contact for help and what is the meaning of this HELP LESS Customer Care and Manner less Customer Care Executives. Is there anyone really work in you Customer Care??????????????. Please tell me why i cannot use BAD Words for your Helpless Executives.

    I Personally Request if anyone Really work in your Customer Care System Please take action on your Manner less, Hopeless Customer Care Executive and their Team Leaders who attained my complaint and Block My Number for 9892098920, 198 and 121 Pls follow up the complaint and favorably Reply the mail

    Angry Deduct my balacnce and block my airtel number

    Airtel deduct my balance again and again , i had try to call lot of time on customer care 121 and 198. but they have b een block my airtel number. Airtel customer care did not response me . i am not satisfied with his services. I SUGGEST TO EVERYONE DO NOT PURCHASE AIRTEL CONNECTION , THEY DID NOT RESPONSE. i am realy fed up. my airtel number is 9915141480.

    Default customer care not working properly

    hi,

    i getting deduction in my balance account that to be i didnt used also,and i tried for customer care so many time it not getting connected,and with out my information caller tones also activited,so help me out do the needfull,and good service so customer can satisfy

    Default no response from customer care

    sir/madam.....matter goes back 10 days i contacted to airtel customer care as i needed some n/w settings on my laptop...i was advised to call later as no one was available there at that time...i did the same for thrice and four times..and i was shocked when i found my no to b blocked ....sir firstly no one attend my call ..after that when i try again ..i had to pay for this ...is that kind of services r provided by airtel...from last 1 yr i m facing this problem continously....do something otherwise it will take just 19 rs to change service provider....i m sick of airtel....from last 10 days i have no access to internet...     Default deduct the balance and open the my customer care number

    i m very un happy to the airtel customer care because he close my customer care number befre 1 month and now some day my balance deduct automatcally so i request u plz open my customer care on this number 9671735713 and refund my balance otherwise i port this number in other company i hope you take action fastly

    Default change of residential address

    i have visited airtel service centre alambagh lucknow 5 times for getting my address changed but i am turned back for some or other reason.i submitted my bank a/c statement dt 11.11.11. on 14.11.11 as proof of new address.but it was not accepted by mr.amar telling that he wanted the latest one.
    he also toled that this number (9935210555) belongs to kanpur where as this sim was bought from the same agency i.e.at alambagh lucknow on june2009.
    my new address is s.v.awasthi, h.no m-93, sector- m, aashina colony, lucknow(u.p.) .

    Dear Airtel,

    To whomever it may concern.
    Airtel deducted my balance again and again , i had try to call lot of time on customer care 121 and 198. but they have blocked my airtel number. Airtel customer care did not respond to me . I'm not satisfied with Airtel's services.

    Few days back I (Prasoon Kanth) , had taken a new Airtel connection mobile number +918374473098. I had to pay INR 20 for my initial recharge and INR 5 for internet recharge of 40 Mb that moment itself.
    The next time I recharged INR 5 for Internet and it was activated, While using it my balance got deducted from my main balance instead of my Internet balance. An amount of INR 13 got deducted and when I tried to connect to the customer care They've blocked my number.
    Again the next day i.e. on 28/11/2011, I recharged with INR 50 a balance of 40 was credited. on 29/11/2011 I recharged my mobile with Internet plan of 40mb, INR 5 got deducted and got a confirmation that it was activated. As I used it both of my balance's Main and Internet data got deducted and whole of my main balance got deducted. My main balance was INR 20 after recharging Internet , it got reduced to INR INR 0.53. and my internet balance as of now is 46.33mb. So Airtel totally deducted an amount of INR 33 from my main balance in one week's time.
    I had try to call lot of time on customer care 121 and 198. but they have blocked my airtel number. Airtel customer care did not respond to me . I'm not satisfied with Airtel's services. PL RESPOND ASAP.

    Default airtel customer care.

    hi,

    this is harikumar from chennai. last three weeks i try to connect with airtel customer care. but i cant able to connect airtel customer care. also i send many mails to 121@in.airtel.com and nodal officers. but still now i didnt get prepare feedback. too worst customer service otherthan service providers.

    i recharged my number 9717928895 with rs 96 in the hope that i would get 1 GB data plan for a month but instead got only 160 MB and that too for 13 days . contacted 198 but IVR said to call 121 and after calling 121 the IVR said to call 198 . tried this for at least 10 times but no end result.

    Please consider the following :


    I have been an Airtel prepaid user since the year 2006 with the mobile number - 9818855517, when I purchased the number I had bought a Yuva Sim card pack according to which I had the following plan :


    Airtel to Airtel calling charges (Day) - 50p/min
    Airtel to others (Day) - Re.1/min
    Airtel to Airtel (Night) - 10p/min
    Airtel to others (Night) - Re. 50p/min


    Messaging :


    Airtel to Airtel: First 3000 messages in a month - Free
    Airtel to Others : 25p/message


    Daily deduction of Re.1 was also applicable.

    COMPLAINT NO. : CWRCH31107094332 , RCIMP51212223937 along with many more un-resolved SRN numbers.


    On the 5th of November 2011, Someone got my E-Recharge done for Rs.100 due to which my plan has shifted to the per second calling which is against my consent. I had no intentions to recharge my phone with the same and neither has it been done by any of my friends or family. Due to the change in plan I lodged a complaint on toll free number 198 to revert back to my original plan on 7th of November 2011. I received a call from an Airtel representative on the 10th of November 2011 and they have been refusing to change back my plan. I had encountered a similar problem 8 months back when my plan was changed without my consent, but after my complaint, the request was entertained within 24 hours even though the Yuva pack was not available. I have complained repeatedly but all the action that has taken place till now is that my plan has not been changed and I have been barred from calling the Airtel Customer Care. I have got no message asking for my feedback since I'v lodged a complaint and on top of that I have been misguided by your representatives by numerous call drops, rude behavior and excessive delays on call waiting, including banning the service of calling customer care.


    As per my telephonic conversation with Abedin in the Nodal office department, I was informed that my per second plan would automatically expire after one month(5th December 2011) and that I should please co-operate and continue being with airtel. However after the expiry of one month I complained to Phaninder in the nodal department, he assured me that he would provide a solution to my problem SHORTLY, even though later on I received an e-mail message asking for almost 15days, I still waited till the 27th Of December and my problem has still not been resolved.


    Even your Nodal department office is a complete fraud. I have received no such response from you within the stipulated time period that you asked for.


    I have been facing difficulty with this Service provider since 5th November 2011, and now its almost been 2months since my problem is not being resolved. In the meantime I have sent more than 15 e-mail messages (all of which I have a record of) and more than 10 telephonic conversations including two misguiding ones from the nodal office department as well.As per my telephonic conversation with you, I was informed that you would provide a solution to my problem SHORTLY, even though later on I received an e-mail message asking for almost 15days, I still waited till the 27th Of December and my problem was not resolved and I was not even contacted for the same, I tried contacting the Office number of the Nodal Officer i.e 01204367207, my call used to be accepted but then no one would speak for one minute and hang up, and later on when I contacted the Nodal office and Phaninder would refuse to come on the line, and later on I was told that Phaninder's employment contract has been cancelled.


    In the meantime I have sent more than 20 e-mail messages (all of which I have a record of) and more than 30 telephonic conversations, and to this date my issue has not been resolved.


    Also consider, that when I faced the same problem 10 months back(when the Yuva plan was not available), It was resolved between 24 hours of my complaint.


    In the recent past the Nodal Officer also blocked my number and my experience with the Appellate Authority is as follows :


    My case has been pending with the Appellate Authority since the 27th of December 2011, and initially Miss Rupali took up ownership for my complaint and then later on refused to come on the line, I have encountered such fake promises also from Mrs. Mamta Mehta and Miss Naseem. The appellate Authority is also not contacting me within the stipulated time period and are refusing to co-operate with the problem. One more thing that I have noticed is that whenever I am contacted by their private numbers, their etiquette is suddenly lost and once miss Rupali apparently closed my case without asking me whether my plan has been changed or not. I also once heard her shouting out to her co-leagues that : He keeps shouting for no reason. There are times when they call me for 10 second, disconnect the call and immediately message me saying that we tried to contact you but since you could not answer, your SRN no. has been resolved.


    Recently they changed only one aspect of my plan and that was the airtel calling during the day became 50p/min making my plan more unfavorable.


    In 3 months, I have been a victim of fraud, frustration, misrepresentation, absolute deliberate lies and financial loss due to the change in my plan.


    To tip off everything, I have the same complain for phone numbers 0-9818251688 and 0-9810047686 within my own family, which airtel refuses to do anything about.


    I was told to contact you if I was not satisfied by the Appellate Authority, I would like to seek guidance as to how can this matter be helped.

    Question SIM disconnected without information

    Hi, Im Satish mo mobile no is 9791141008, this number im using for Airtel Live purpose, I got shocked after seeing the prompt message SIM registration is failed.I have around Rs 100 on main balance and Airtel Live amount of Rs 1700.I dropped mail to airtel nodal officer.I got response like they can refund only main balance amount they cant refund AIRTEL LIVE amount of Rs 1700.

    I have few questions if they cant refund Rs 1700 AIRTEL LIVE why they launched AIRTEL LIVE.

    Why AIRTEL they themself says they have best customer service and NO 1 in all.

    No customer will sit simply if they lost Rs 1700.

    I advice my friends not use AIRTEL LIVE service.
