this is uday, my father o.venkateswarulu has account with andhra bank,(svu campus

branch,tirupathi) . a/c no 103210011003255. while doing transaction at ATM(card

number : 4688171032056533),he got response showing "unauthorized card usage",when i

called up customer care they said,account might freeze,please contact branch ! and even i

contacted in branch,they said that the account was not free-zed,every thing is fine.but still

now i got same reply in ATM"unauthorized card usage".i contacted branch for 3 times,they

said nothing wrong with the account,and i called customer care also for more than three

times,they said account was free-zed,both branch and customer care are irresponsible,not

at all showing interest in solving the issue.please do needful as early as possible,my father

is a pensioner.
