Dear Sir/madam,
I Rajesh Arora had booked a 2 bhk appartment in the new scheme launched by a renowned builder at Sughad near Ahmedabad airport in november 2010 after paying the amount of 15 percent of the total value of the flat.

I did get the sanction letter of the loan from ICICI bank and later came to know that the disbursement of the loan will only happen if the same builder provides the bank with the revised plan of the construction site..It has been 4 months since the builder has not got the revised plan from the AUDA authorities and since then the interest rates have shot up to nearly 10 % without the fault of mine..the builder tells that the same repeated answer over and over again since last 4 months..
