Approximately a week before 20 to 30 rs deducted suddenly from my balance, when i tried to contact customer care it couldn't be connected, 2 Days before i got a msg regarding activation of hello tune services, which has been auto activated. I called ur customer care for complain immediately, but it couldn't be connected.And today morning approximately 45 rs. reduced suddenly from my balance.ur call center no is not working, 9861098610, *222,*333 none of them,
kindly deactivate the hello tune service as it is auto activated by you & return my balance for the same.I have never activated this service from the 1st day of using ur service. Kindly consider this case as urgent as i am getting mentally harassed from my friends for ur funny hellotune.else I am considering to say good bye to your service & filing a consumer case.I need immediate response.
