    Hi,
    I used to recharge my Prepaid Airtel Mobile from ICICIBANK online service.It was really convenient ,fast and safe too..
    Recently i noticed that the Airtel is not listed in Service provider list..

    Airtel option is not available in the ICICI Internet mobile prepaid drop down menu but instructions says Airtel is available for recharge,no messages or intimation why its not available

    yes, airtel is missing in the ICICI bank's prepaid mobile recharge dropdown.

    I tried using ICIC's mobile banking, amount is deducted from my account but recharge is not done.

    Amount credited to my bank account after 3 days of recharge.

    I dont know why ...

    Angry Airtel is the worst Service Provider

    Airtel thinks that it has so many customers that they dont need Prepaid customers any more.

    I recharged my Prepaid from ICICI bank net banking site only to get a message that the recharge was unsuccessful. It took 7 Working days (ie, 9 Calendar days) for ICICI Bank to recover my amount to my account. Then ICIC removed Airtel from its list. I tried to visit Airtel site. It asks for a stupid Capchuka or what ever letters, that wont work if you time it wrong the first time. The is asks for mcheck number sent to your mobile. Then it asks for a new mcheck number and the a reenter prompt. Finally it asks for debit or credit card number.

    I gave mine patiently. And then it asks for @@@ number.

    Finally guess what???

    Airtel site says that it accepts cards issued in India only. As if I am form Libya. I wont accept ICICI Cards. I tried it 3 times. Its such a buss shit. Ohh by the way, it asks for your card's expiry date as well.

    PS: AIRTEL+ICICI Aint working.... BULL SHIT

    Default Airtel is SO SO, but ICICI...... is HOPELESS!!!

    Airtel is definetely not perfect, but let's say it does things right with flaws; ICICI on the other hand DOES EVERYTHING WRONG, ALL THE TIME!!!!!!!! I have lived in 5 countries and had/have more than 10 bank accounts in 8+ banks --ICICI is hands-down the worst banking experience I've ever had. Only still they're client because my employer credits my salary with them...

    Default Major issue with Airtel Prepaid - dedicated account

    Hi,

    I have done a recharge of Rs 444 from my ICICI account for 9717216169 . My SMS/GPRS services were barred and 121 customer care team told me that amount is deposited in dedicated account and main account is 0.

    - What is dedicated account i dont know
    - Did i ask for it no never. And while online recharging was this option given to me, no

    Problem is i am unable to use the balance in dedicated amount for my sms. Funny thing is when i Type *121# its shows Voice_SMS_All Bal =444

    Please for god sake put the balance back in normal account and remove this dedicated account thing.
    Airtel staff is highly inexperienced. Airtel don't have any response to my queries as how can my sms be enabled. Airtel Staff have don't know as how money will be transfered to main account, which was is there in dedicated account.
