Hi,

My name is Gurnam Singh and I am a helpless user of MTNL broadband No# 25992190, New Delhi Circle.

I just wanted to complaint against MTNL as even after so many complaints, my broadband service are still not connected and my broadband is not working, and I am unable to use my broadband for approx 15 days. I talked to the complaint cell of MTNL telling them about the issue but still the Issue has not been resolved.

My Modem which was provided by MTNL is not working, I raised complaint for this again and again but no one arrived to check the complaint. My Modem is just as it is and not repaired/changed till now.

This is the height of poor service of MTNL. I am sick and tired of doing follow ups with them. So, your intervention is really required here.

I just wanted to complaint against MTNL as even after so many complaints, actually my phone is working but internet is not working. I talked to the complaint cell of MTNL telling them about the issue but still the Issue has not been resolved.I have taken my internet unlimited monthly plan bt 7 days are waisted dis month already.I raised complaint for this again and again but no one arrived to check the complaint. They always says that tomorrow your problem wil b solved but 7 days hasbeen gone but their tomorrow hasnt come.

This is the height of poor service of MTNL. So plz help me in this matter and solve my problem.
