Subject: WORST SERVICE PROVIDER( broad band not working since September)



Dear sir my self parvinder singh r/o wz-54a, street no – 32 ist floor , sant garh tilak nagar new delhi- 110018 my landline no is 28334757 know my complaint is I had applied for 512 kbps unlimited plan from ist of September 2010 from the that day I m facing continuously net not working problem I had complaint at ur customer service lot of time they are always give me a complaint no and not else happened after this no body came to check the problem I have some of complaint no which are 64100324, 64600087 , 8642 , 5383 , 63300027 ,68700051 , 63300047, 64200100, 64100132, 64100243 ,04122010, 64200100 ,22112010, 64100202 26092010, 63300027 , 15092010, 68700051 these are some complaint no and some of are done ok report without intimate me how can I mean some complaint no status is the complaint has been sort out but no body came at my home ever so how can ur department report u of job done, without attending my call and even some times your call center employees talking to me rudely I have remember one name reena tomar even they are told me contact area manager mr rajesh know listen about the gentle man who is shouted on me I were transfer from that area and don’t call me again and he is also talking very rudely and finally today after that I call at 1500 no for disconnect my internet services so the lady on phone said two words modem aur taar jama karayo hamare office mein and she disconnected the phone know please tell me what is my fault I had buy the connection of mtnl and there is nobody in this department who can follow up the complaint status mtnl is a biggest service provider of India every one know but what about the customer service mtnl why paying salary to his staff even they are junior or any kind of manager I m very much upset and fat up with ur department your department harass me from last September I m a consumer after paying a mount according to your plan if I m not getting any services in the avage of billing so ur company is faulty who is not able to provide given broadband services to me know I want my money back or refund from your department and also I want your department or TRAI have to take some serious action against the guilty and if your department is not able to give me refund from last September 2010 so I will go to consumer court and public grievance cell and I will take some legal action against your mtnl department bcz nobody is in your department who is watching the activities of your department and I want refund and the compensation of harassing me from last five months and trust me in my circle relation and social network nobody going to install this mtnl worst service provider services in there offices and home , so gentlemen waiting for your reply do the needful and revert back to me with positive action.
