I Ankush Koul , have faced the same issue with TATA Docomo, My outsatanding bill of Rs 3140 for my mob no. 720400214 was due to be paid. I had moved out Banglore and all my communication with TATA Docomo were all going on my officail email ID which was agin no longer valid as I had changed the company also .

I however had informed the the new tenent in my Bangalore residence about my contact details in NOIDA along with my email ID also

Yesterday ,some of my relatives called me saying there is a call that they have got from a guy called SATISH from a courier company
and told they that there is a 2 lack payemnt due on that and 15000 as outstanding bill of my phone ,he also called up my parents and threatend them to hurt me If did not pay that immidiately , He also used abusive language against me nd my wife .I have been metally harrased by him .On calling up on the number (8123441234) that he was callng from he picked up and told me that he is a TATA Docomo employee and has 15 lawyers backing him and I could do nothing to him .
Although I have made the payment also but yet he is calling everyone in my relation (I believe he has got the no. from bill ) he has called up my elderly Father-in-Law and abused him also .

I appeal all to help me to proceed for a legal action against this .

The allegation has been made that I have not paid the outstanding amount for Mobile number – 9035009339 allotted to me by Tata Teleservices Limited. I have already raised objection citing irregularities in the bill, but there is no correction made by Tata Teleservices.

I have appeared before the Hon’ble Lok Adalat on Feburary 25, 2011 in reply to notice issue to me. I have rejected the settlement because of billing dispute.

The next hearing is scheduled on March 25, 2011.

Today, 26th February 2011, at 11:34AM, I received a call from Phone No. +917411112400 asking me to face severe consequences if I do not settle the matter outside the court. The caller informed me that his name is "Satish", employed with TATA DOCOMO's collection department.

I state that his behavior was abusive.

This letter is being posted in anticipation that the above person may try to make damage to my family, myself and my property.
Please take measures to stop such activity.
