HDFC BANK DO NOT CALL Complaint

    Thumbs down HDFC BANK DO NOT CALL Complaint

    Hi Team,

    I have registered for DO NOT CALL REGISTRY for HDFC Bank already and i have an email confirmation from HDFC saying i have registered on 22/12/2010.

    After registering for this service i started getting more calls for CREDIT CARD.
    These are the list of calls that i received till now.

    Till now these complaints are raised and i have received mail replies by following people.

    But non of them has taken any action to stop these calls.
    Now i have a strong case against HDFC bank for harassing me with these calls in spite of registering for DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.

    ABHISHEK TYAGI was supposed to meet me today at my residential address to resolve this issue , however that was also only false promise.
    So now i will sue HDFC bank for these unwanted calls in spite of repeated complaints and your inability to stop them.

However if you wish to raise a complaint about the same, we request you to write to us at talktous@hdfcabank.com, with the number on which you have been receiving the call, as well as your account number and the reference id TTU00278028022011. Once we receive this information, our team will see that you stop receiving these calls at the earliest.
