i want to change my mobile service provider from airtel to bsnl. but airtel rejected my request without giving exact reason. my mo no is 9970653777, i have submitted all documents on dated 19/2/11 like address proof , photo identity same which i submit 4 years ago when purchase the sim.

i got sms on date 24/2/11 your porting request has been rejected by your service provider(airtel), i will contact airtel customer care to know why they reject my request. they asked me visit your nearest airtel gallery, i m visiting gallery and check my documents all are correct. then again i contact customer care they said your address is miss match thats the reason of your porting rejected, again i visit airtel gallery and check address, there was no mistake in my address of submited documents,
next day 25/2/11 i again call customer care they give me ney reason of rejecting"THEY SAID YOU WRITE WRONG UPC CODE ON MNP FORM submit new documents again and correct upc code" i know i wrote right upc code on the form. i visit bsnl office and fill new form and submit documents. there system shows already register this code and no for porting..

plz help me to chage my service provider....
