Idea charged me for GPRS in the bill and when I called their customer support they said that I used GPRS continuously from January 31 to February 10 however, I never used GPRS and I don't need to since I have GPRS on other phone. When I asked the agent to connect me to the Supervisor, he too showed no helping gesture and when nothing was working, he said that I would receive a call from some concerned person to discuss it further, which I never received.

I wonder why Indian Government has no stringent policies against these crooks to keep them from unduly ripping customers.

I like to file a case against Idea for this issue, please let me know where I can do it legally through proper channel. I am all set to fight against them at any level. Please advise.
