    Default Idea Cellular Ltd-HDFC BANK Ltd,Online Prepaid Refill,Money Not refunded

    I have made online Prepaid Refill transaction below against my Idea Mobile on Date 12 Feb and 14 Feb
    2011,The transactions were not successful but yet my money is not refunded.
    My mobile number is 9594493569.
    Below is the transaction History from my HDFC Account statement

    Can you please refund me the money ASAP?
