I have purchased a Videocon mobile model No: V-1305 on 6-7-20100 from Saravana Stores, T.Nagar. Despite its very less usage, it got a motherboard related issue in the month of November 2010. I submitted the same to an autherised service center for Videcon, RT Outsourcing on 30-Nov-2010. Nearly two months they did not returned my handset rectified. Sent so many mails and called so many times directly to their customercare, but no use. The service center was forcing me from the second week onwards, as every time I enquire about the status, to talk to the customercare because they also did not get any reply from the department concerned. So many 72 hrs deadline was promised by their custmercare people with an assured call back, but nothing happened till date. Mentioning the same, I have sent a mail to their Nodal officer on 24-Feb-2011 as a threaded email with all the previous mail attached to it. On 25-02-2011, I got his reply, rediculously asking me to contact the customercare. I have two last recordings of the conversatios with them. What shall I do further in this regard? Please help.
