This is to inform you about the most inappropriate customer support procedure by a national telecom giant.
I have subscribed to Airtel Digital TV. I have a concern regarding the reception. I tried reaching the customer care number which are 12150, 1800 102 8080 and 020 40181400(tolled). All of them leave a blank answer after a huge queue of advertisements. 12150 is a invalid number according to Airtel when dialed from my Airtel number. 1800 102 8080 gets disconnected before reaching a customer service executive. The tolled number connects and goes blank after accepting the 50 paise charging notification. All the three numbers were tried more than 5 times.
Not sure if this is a correct format to submit a complaint, but a customer service to help the customer resolve the issues, acting as a advertising medium alone and not providing any actual support is misuse of the support channel.
Please help in this regards.
