Hi, I am Rakesh Parmar. I am Using vodafone Postpaid connection. I need to port out to Airtel as there are very high charges in GPRS service compare to Airtel & other Mobile operator. I have applied for porting with Airtel on 7th Feb 2011 & submitted all require documents..My UPC is VM152717. Up till now My process for the porting is not started.. I have visited to Vodafone store on 12th Feb & find out that some previous setting is activated need to deactivate. After that I have spoke to Costumer care & Confirmed that every thing is deactivated. Then I again visited to Airtel store on 17th Feb.& re requested for porting. Next day I have received SMS from Vodafone conferming that My request for Port out is accepted & will be proceed & will be complete within 96 hours. After 120 hours it is not done anything & after calling to customer care on vodafone on 23rd Evening, again they say that some services is activated & need to be deactivated. It has been almost 15 days since I have sent request & no action is taken from Vodafone.
Please help.
