The Courier services are used for important document which requires faster delivery. My consignment by DTDC Courier Services, was delivered after 6 days (on their tracking site it shows 5 days) and that too after so many phone calls and even cajoling to the maximum.
The local office at Saharanpur kept it for four days before delivery and delivered after three phone calls.
These fraudulent practices by Courier services, which charge 10 times of the money, if you send by normal post and takes the same time, should be put to rest by the authorities.
