I am Puspraj singh Bhadauriya [Mainpuri - UP[west] and My mobile No. is 8430427559 and i want to register a complaint against reliance
comnucation for deducted balance for unwanted service. when i called customer care then they told
me you have activate some service but i have to stil 248 net pack [expiary date 14-0812]
and my registered complaint no: are -----------------------------184285807, 184080639, 184504006.
sir my problem is stil now. Pl help me........................

I am Amit Ghosh and I have recharge online of Rs 199 to my mobile no-8509917025 (reliance GSM) on 13-08-2012. The amount has debited from my account but the recharged was not done due to some unknown reason. Kindly refund the debited amount to my account.
Your customer care is as usual not responding.
And I also want to register a complaint against reliance communication for deducted balance (20+30=50) for unwanted service (Beauty service).
I want the entire amount credited back to me.

I am Sunil Ojha and My mobile No. is 8102992047 and i want to register a complaint against reliance communication for deducted balance for My Feeling Services. i called customer care but not responding of any call.


we will deactivate service in 6th times but when i recharege my number they always deducated balance agian and again without same reason.



Please help me i am totally harassed...

deduction of balance in the name of activation of caller tune. 2 days back saome service was activated automatically ! I caled up customer care and told the problem they resolved it. but again today date being 4.9.12 again balance ws deducted in the nane of caller tune and from morning I am unable to contact customer care. so kindly help me to get out this problem.This thing has happened many times this is not the first time. kindly take some strict action

I am INIGO SOLOMON.My reliance gsm number is 7667783841.i put rs.50 recharge to my number 2 days back. today around 10.30 a.m i got a message tat "i have subscirbed for bkakti service at rs.30.00 ".when i checked my balance i was damn shocked to see tat my balance had gone down.i was charged rs.30 for no reason.i would like to inform u tat i never subscribed to any such service.and around 04.15 p.m i got a message stating tat "amount charged for VAS TechZone GSM rs.10".and then too i checked my balance and was really shocked to see tat my balance was even reduced by rs.10.I request you to look into this issue and refund my rs.40.00 as soon as possible.

I am Bhuneshwar Prasad and My mobile No. is 9019446271 and i want to register a complaint against reliance comnucation for deducted balance for unwanted service. when i called customer care then they told me you have activate some service and we will deactivate service in 48 hour. This Happening from past four day and it is irritating. First They deducted Rs.20 on 10th Sep,second times 11th Sep,third time on 12th Sep and now again today(13th Sep).Everytime they are providing assurance that it will happen again.What should i do ? Shall leave my work and talk to customer care everyday?

I am Saurabh khare From Bhopal, My Complaint is To Against Reliance GSM Services, From Last 3 day Some Balance is Deducting From My mobile no. +919691798217,and after deducting a MESSAGE shown on mobile that you have activated VAS service while l have not. and when i called to Customer care for make complaint against this, the No. was unrechable. now i want my balance back. please do some need full.

I am Parvev ahmed and my mobile n0- 9503229808. I recharged my number on 15th sep' 2012. since then i have been recieving unwanted service packs subscribed on my number.When i called the customer care the deactivated my subscription and they refunded my balance,but when it continued for 2nd day, they coudnt refund my balance. when i told them i got my balance refunded in earlier case, they said it was by mistake of their co-worker. i request you sir to kindly stop these unwanted services and refund my balance.
