Sir i want to say that i have a gsm connection from tata docomo . I am using from past one and half year .
But from last two months and i facing lots of call congestion and call drop problems. The network fluctuates so much that it is unbearable. I have contacted there customer care but they jsut provide me with the complaint number and nothing else. They do not try to solve the problem. I have even complaint to there nodal officer but nothing has happened. And fact is that i can do MNP on my number but still i have invested lots of money in this no. as in terms of call charges deduction and i really dont want to loose that.
So if possible please try to rectify his problem.
My complaint number as given the company personel is NWK093077025.But they just close my complaint by saying that your problem is solved but no such thing happens.
