This is to bring in your kind consideration that blue sky courier does not stand on their promises. I couriered a document from Bhopal to Wardha on 14th feb 2011. They assured the delivery on 15th evening else 16th morning. Its been 19th feb 2011 and the courier has not been delivered yet. They charged me rs. 180 for the document weighing 405 gms and promised the delivery by air but due to some formalities at airport, they did not send it by air. They have send it either by roadways/railways and i haven't been informred about the situation. The charges by roadways/railways is less then rs.180. Everday till 19th they assured me of delivery in an hour and after that they stopped picking up the office phone. They did not respond the phone calls. It was an important courier and they have cheated on the assurity of delivery. kindly take this in your consideration.
