Dear Sir/Ma'am,
This is regarding a very unpleasant experience I and a friend of mine have been having with an Airtel collection team executive. My friend has been getting calls from this executive asking her to tell me to pay my bill or that she would face dire consequences because of this. Upon asking why she was being harassed like this, the exec said that I had made maximum number of calls to her number. I have always paid my bills in full. My bill amount is not very huge either. I need to pay about INR3500/- for two months which I couldn't pay since I had some financial constraints. Because of this, Airtel disconnected my connection. I understand this. But when I called up this executive to find out why she was harassing my friend, she started bad-mouthing me using words like bastard, etc. I am not very happy about Airtel disrespecting their customers like this and I have decided to cancel my connection once I pay my bill.

However, I am also lodging a police complaint against this executive tomorrow first thing in the morning. She has no right what-so-ever to use such kind of speech against any person. Please advise me if I can take this case forward and book a case of harassment against Airtel itself.
