My complaint is I want to number port out from Reliance gsm (smart) to Vodafone, I aplied with the UPC (EKSW1BPG) on 23rd Jan 2011, first Reliance Smart reject and then I re-aplied again but Reliance GSM (Smart ) is just take my complaint (1597808 dt 23.01.11) and started doing delay the process for port out of my number, the request not being solved till today(16-02-11) I speaked their Customer Care regular but they are replying the same line everytime " your request is on solving mode". some time they are not even replying properly and disconnect the phone, they are not even sending me the complaint no via sms, I tried to speak their Nodal and Appellate Officers but said they can't help. Neither they provide good service nor processing portout request properly.
I request you please take some strong action. this companies are trying everything wrong to keep their customer and MNP became dirty joke for us.
