My number is 9163004414. I have converted airtel to tata docomo for better service, but without informing me they have activated some wap packs and deducted the amount from my current balance. Not only this they have also deducted the balance for internet surfing last night when i was sleeping. When i have called the customer care, they are using only one line i.e. "we are very sorry" and nothing else they are telling. Have i done mistake to choose tata docomo instead of airtel?
