There is a huge difference between committed speed and actual speed and I have also checked network of Reliance before purchase in the same room in which my PC is located, it is really very good.

I have attached two images and 1 video, That I am sending to you also.

I am sending mails since 11 Feb 2011, till now I have sent 3 mails but still there is no reply from Reliance.

Please help me out in this case

Dear Madam/Sir

I'am using Reliance Netconnect 1x speed. My username is 9349260303. My plan is Rs 1500per Three month(for one month 500 rupees). But I'am getting only 15-20 kb speed per second.Its very bad that I use it for office work.I'am want to spent somany time to get into a website.There is many files that I want to download but there is 15-20 kb speed/second.So I'am not satisfied with this.
