I bought TATA DOCOMO sim card numbered 8655376615 and next day (on 28.01.11) Rs.30/- got deducted from my balance of Rs.40/- without making any call. DOCOMO's gallery at Dadar(W), Mumbai told me - one national news services plan got activated on this number for which the deduction is made. How can this happen automatically without any action from my side?
Moreover I havent got any SMS/News services/facility on this number.
Is this kind of service provided by TATA?
My complaint number is GBL097340753. Still the issue is not solved.
I hope to get refund of Rs.30/- for which no service is provided by DOCOMO.
If TATA intent to cheat customers, please change the surname to Amba*i.
